Wedding Experience

Step 1

YAY! You’re engaged! I am BEYOND honored that you are considering ME for your wedding photography! First things first, you’ll want to fill out that sweet little contact form so that I can get the details about your wedding day! Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll send you an email with a few fun questions - like how you met, how the proposal went, what you are looking forward to most about your wedding day…all the fun things - as well as my wedding collection guide!

Step 2

If you’re still needing a bit more information, we will set up a phone call so that we can get to know each other some more, and I can answer any of the questions you might have! If you are all ready to book, all I need is a filled out and signed contract & deposit! Then you are officially a Katherine Zell Photography Bride! Pop those champagne bottles y’all!

Step 3

About 4-6 months from your wedding date we will set up one of my favorite things, your engagement session! Your engagement session will last anywhere from 1-1.5 hours, and will consist of lots of laughter, forehead kisses, snuggles, and a bear hug or two!

Step 4

About 1 month from your wedding date, we will set up a time to chat on the phone or grab coffee and giddily discuss allll the final details for your big day! With all of the details discussed, I will create a photography timeline customized for your big day!

Step 5

Your WEDDING day! All you need to do is have the BEST day ever!

You can count on getting some sneak peeks shortly after your big day, with your final gallery delivered between 6-8 weeks!

Step 1

Whether you are looking for updated family photos, senior photos, to celebrate an anniversary, or you are wanting to give the best gift, I am honored to be considered! Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll send you an email with my portrait guide, which gives you more information on my process & packages!

Step 2

Now that I have more details about your session, all I need now is a filled out & signed contract, as well as a retainer! Once I have that, we are all ready to go!
